Just put on the winter wheels and was shocked when I saw the inside edges on the fronts of the summer rubber. Yikes.

You also need to inspect your tyres more often, too. Just a quick glance when you've parked with the steering cranked over should be enough to notice anything as major as that.

I only do an alignment when I buy tires, or after any serious suspension work.
